5. Content and Intellectual Property

Courses, text, and materials are owned by VividCove Institute or its licensors and protected by law. Limited, personal, non-transferable license is granted for enrolled users.

6. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of a course. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or error-free operation. Use judgment when applying techniques to production systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividCove Institute will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
